Cooking time, everyone! I’m hella tired no kidding. I wanna go to bed, but I also want to share a new recipe. You will love this food like I do. I cooked this meal yesterday and then I though ‘why don’t I share this beautiful recipe on my next post?’. I did it without anyone’s help and I didn’t fail at all (Hoorayy). That means this recipe is so easy that I can cook it haha. I guess it’s a chinese food. “Mom, may I borrow your kitchen?” Oh, well. Let’s get started.

It’s called beef potato stir-fry. Sounds delicious.

Yield: three servings, level: easy

Estimate time:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. 250gr of potato, diced
  2. 150gr of chopped beef, soak it with salt water for more yummy
  3. A half of carrot, chopped
  4. 2 leeks, chop both into pieces. Each piece is about 1/2 cm
  5. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  6. 3 red onion cloves, sliced
  7. 1 cm ginger, crushed
  8. A half of chili pepper, sliced
  9. 5 tbsp of water
  10. 2 pinches of salt
  11. 2 pinches of black pepper powder
  12. 2 pinches of sugar
  13. 1 tsp of teriyaki sauce
  14. 1 tsp of salt soy sauce
  15. Love (haha)

Estimated total calories: 783 cal

Instructions:

  1. First, add the oil. After that, cook the potato and then put it away first.cooking potato

  4. Add the water for sauce and also prevent the cooking from getting burn.

  7. Add some salt, pepper, sugar sufficiently.
  8. Add teriyaki sauce and salt soy sauce. If you don’t have you can use a whisked egg. It is also delicious.

See? It was utterly simple. You can add some other ingredients. Honestly, there is no carrot in the original recipe and I just added it. There is no rule for cooking and you can freely combine with everything you like. No copyright, that is what I like about cooking.
