Meatball Soup And Veggies Fried Tofu
This time, it’s soup and meatballs! It’s true delicious. You will love it and gonna cook it again another time. I love soup, especially when it’s warm, so eat this when it’s warm. Actually, I didn’t only cook soup, but also veggies fried tofu (look at its ears). Veggies, veggies, veggies.. I want to eat veggies as many as possible. So.. It means there are two recipes here, right? Let’s go!
Meatball Soup
Yield: two servings, level: easy
Estimate time:
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook: half an hour
Ingredients:
- 10 meatballs
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3 pinches of salt
- 3 pinches of black pepper powder
- 2 pinches of flavoring food
- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 mushroom, sliced
Additionals (optional):
- Fried garlic (2 cloves)
- 1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce
Estimated total calories: 355 cal
Instructions:
- Sauté garlic, set aside
- Boil the water
- Add meatballs, tomato, sautéd garlic, pepper, salt, flavouring food, sliced leek, sliced mushroom .
- Serve with additions, if you like. (Some people like eat meatball soup with sweet soy sauce and fried garlic on it)

- 2 pinches flavoring food
- 1 leek chopped
- 1 mushroom sliced
- 2 cloves fried garlic
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

Boil the water

Add meatballs, tomato, sautéd garlic, black pepper, salt, flavouring food, chopped leek, sliced mushroom .

Serve with additions, if you like. (Some people like eat meatball soup with sweet soy sauce and fried garlic on it)

Veggies Fried Tofu
How does it look? Yummy? We can see there are carrots, veggies in the tofu. We can replace the carrot with broccoli if you want. Just try or you’ll never know the taste, so let’s get going.
Yield: 4-5 servings, level: intermediate

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook: 1 hour
Ingredients:
- 2 tofu, mashed
- 1 carrot, peeled, shaved, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 small cloves red onion, sliced
- A whisked egg
- 1 leek, chopped
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 3 tbsp wheat flour
- 2 pinches of salt
- 2 pinches of sugar
- 2 pinches of black pepper powder
- 2 pinches of flavoring food
Estimated total calories: 349 cal
Instructions:
- Add shaved carrot, chopped leek and celery into the mashed tofu.
- Sauté garlic, red onion, black pepper, salt, sugar and add into the mashed tofu.
- Add the whisked egg, stir it.
- Add flavouring food and wheat flour (so they’ll stick together), also a little bit water so they’re not wrecked when we fry them. Stir it until spreads evenly.
- This is the fun part. Take some of the dough, round the dough with your hands. Fry it. Do that until finish.
