Another cooking time, another meal made with love. I cooked Beef Potato Stir-Fry last time, then what are we going to cook today? Broccoli sauté with garlic and carrot. How yummy. It’s a real simple recipe and vegetarians can also cook this awesome food by skipping the egg. I love egg, that is why I added it. This food doesn’t require a skill or talent or ability. Just enjoy and listen to music. You can also dance a little bit while you are cooking. It is incredibly fun.

Yield: three servings, level: easy

Ingredients:

  1. A half of broccoli, chopped. I soaked it with salt water in order for the caterpillars(sometimes) to come out
  2. A whisked egg, add salt to it (if you are a vegetarian, you can skip it)
  3. A half of carrot, chopped
  4. 3 garlic cloves, minced
  5. 1 cm of ginger, crushed
  6. 1 tsp salt soy sauce
  7. 2 pinches of salt
  8. 2 pinches of sugar
  9. 3 pinches of pepper
  10. 4 tbsp of water for the sauce

Instructions:

  1. Add some oil on the pan, wait until warm, cook the carrot and broccoli.
  2. Add the water, garlic, ginger, salt soy sauce. Sauté it.cooking
  3. Add 1 tsp of your whisked egg to have a tastier sauce.
  4. Cook the whisked egg in different pan, scramble it.
  5. After that, add the scrambled egg.cooking
  6. Add pepper, salt and sugar.
  7. Enjoy it.

Simple and so easy. Am I right? You can add a half of tomato and dice it. Great, I forgot to add onion and mushrooms. Well, it’s still delicious tho. I enjoyed it until the last bite.
