Hi, today I have a very easssyyyy recipe and totally delicious, so I will share how to make it. It is yogurt! An apple yogurt! I have already tried guava, tapai/tape and banana yogurts. You should try it. They taste awesome! Not only delicious, but yogurt also one of healthy drinks you should consume. It contains lactobacillus which are good for your stomach. Fortunately, I like sour, so I don’t have any problem drinking it. In this recipe, I added a little sugar because sweet makes the drink tastier. Of course you can exclude it if you don’t like sugar or use honey if you want less calories. Oh this time I used two apples because I like apples, so an apple is already more than enough. Moving on.. Blend them altogether.. This drink only takes around ten minutes and has around 561 calories. Here is the recipe.

Yield: five small glasses (1000 ml), level: easy

Estimate time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  1. A peeled apple, diced (52 calories)
  2. 3 tbsp sugar (144 calories) or 3 tbsp honey (64 calories)
  3. 3 cups of milk, non-fat (249 calories)
  4. 3/4 cup plain yogurt, low fat (116 calories)

Estimated total calories: 561 calories

Instructions:

  • Peel an apple and dice it. Drop the apple dices into a blender.
  • Pour the milk and add some sugar into the blender.

  • Pour the yogurt into the blender. Bleeeeeend it.
