Breakfast and Midnight Snack

Fruit is nature’s candy.

When you suddenly feel hungry and want to eat something, but you don’t know what to eat because there are no snacks and milk. If you have fruits and vegetables in your fridge, you can make a salad. I mostly use salad sauce, but this time, I made the salad without it. Sometimes, I like the sauce and sometimes, I don’t feel like it. Why should we choose fruits instead of cookies, breads, or chicken? Since we are what we eat. Hence, always remember that health is your number one priority all the time.

It is a tropical fruit salad. There are blackberries, tomato, banana, apple, and grapes. You can see their fresh colors, a heaven. healthy snack

I only made a small portion and my sleep was very nice thanks to this salad. Sometimes in the morning, when I want to eat salad as my breakfast, I always add 1 cup of oatmeal into it to make sure I’m full and won’t feel hungry for the next few hours. After you eat it, try to drink a juice. It feels awesome.

Yield: one serving, level: extremely easy

Estimate time:

Process: 3 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 grappes
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced/chopped
  • 1/2 apple, chopped
  • 12 blackberries
  • Add whatever fruits and vegetables you want

Estimated total calories: 150 cals

Instructions:

  1. Add them all to your serving bowl / plate.
  2. Add salad sauce (optional).
  3. Enjoy the freshly heaven salad.

For vegetarians, this meal is a good choice for you. Oh, I’m not a vegetarian, but trying to be a vegetarian (a.k.a vegetarian wannabe). I don’t like vegetables despite knowing that they are very good for our bodies. Well, I only like few of them, such as mustard green. Wish me luck because the struggle is real.
